A high-calibre medical law specialist is sought to deliver exceptional legal advice and services in the field of medical defence.
- Provide expert legal guidance to claims managers and members on litigated and professional conduct matters.
- Represent medical practitioners before various tribunals and courts.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in law.
- Experience in private practice, preferably in medical negligence and professional conduct related litigation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level prioritisation, time management, and self-management skills.

Requirements for this position are:
- Eligibility to hold an unsupervised practising certificate as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.

- Previous experience in conducting all phases of litigation and/or professional conduct cases.
