What are we looking for?

Come and join our fast growing Medical Law team. We are now seeking 2 talented and professional Law Clerks on a casual basis in our Dandenong and Melbourne offices.
- In this role you will assist the team in managing and progressing medical law matters, as you review medical reports and prepare draft legal correspondence.- Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Review, analyse and summarise medical records and other medical documents
- Preparing legal correspondence, court documents and briefs when required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations
- Working closely with the legal teams to advance legal matters for clients

What will you bring?

Ideally you will have the following:

- A keen interest in medical law, either as a current law student or similar
- A nursing or science background is highly desirable but not essential
- Exposure to Medical Law or a similar plaintiff personal injury practice
- Time management and an ability to multi task
- Outstanding oral and written communication
- Empathy and compassion
- A team player
