About the Role

Arcadia Landscape Architecture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in managing a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed to budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Undertake and assist in design and design development of projects, utilizing your technical skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to general landscape architectural duties, including site inspections, cost planning, product sourcing, documentation, detailing, and specification writing.
  • Ensure consistent quality of deliverables, maintaining high standards of work.
  • Assist in writing invoices and contribute to the financial management of projects.
  • Train, mentor, and develop other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures.

Requirements

  • Well-developed technical skills in design and construction techniques, as well as proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Revit, and hand drawing.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or equivalent qualification.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
