Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet specific design needs.
  • Develop contemporary and engaging online courses that integrate adult learning theory and instructional design methodology.
  • Apply best practice instructional design to create optimal learning experiences for end users.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, with meticulous attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating online courses using e-learning tools.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Expertise in integrating adult learning theory and instructional design methodology into a variety of delivery media and methods.
