Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive and engaging learning programs that support skill development and capability uplift across the organization
  • Champion contemporary learning and instructional practices, and use technology to enhance learning experiences
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop learning materials and programs that meet business needs
  • Develop and refine program learning materials for core programs such as Lending Academy and Onboarding
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the technical and organizational strategy initiatives that deliver business impact
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in an instructional design role, designing and developing digital, on-job, and face-to-face learning interventions
  • Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, or Captivate to create engaging and interactive digital content
  • Experience using video editing tools such as TechSmith Camtasia or Adobe Premier Pro to plan, script, and produce instructional videos and multimedia content
  • Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, and strong influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills when working with subject matter experts and business stakeholders
