Event Management Coordinator

Are you enthusiastic about video games and esports? We're looking for an Event Management Coordinator to join our project team

The Project Management Team are behind the planning and operations of Australia's largest esports events. As a Project Coordinator, you will work with the broader Project and Product Teams to bring our esports events and programs to life.

You'll research and book suppliers, create schedules and rosters, book travel and accommodation, and contribute to event floor plans. You'll also liaise with clients and partners, venues and sponsors.

We're a fast-paced digital company driven by passion for creating this new chapter of sports-entertainment history. We value independent minds, initiative, and a start-up mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Project Management team to execute project tasks and assist with day-to-day activities
  • Aid in development of ESL and Publisher esports campaigns
  • Create and work to project timelines and schedules
  • Create and share presentations and respond to briefs
  • Liaise and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
  • Contribute to and/or manage event budgets
  • Research and book flights, accommodation, transfers etc
  • Work closely with the TM (Tournament Management) team to produce rulebooks and other assets

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Experience with Google Suite of tools is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Hungry to learn and retain information
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
