Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Wedding Producer is responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional events.

  • Ensuring the seamless delivery of each event
  • Managing client expectations from initial consultation to event day
  • Coordinating all third-party suppliers to guarantee a smooth event execution

Key deliverables include:

  • Setting up each event accurately and in accordance with the event brief
  • Debriefing each event with the operations team
  • Completing post-event follow-up and collecting feedback from clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing wedding events in either a venue or hospitality group
  • Strong attention to detail and operational understanding of delivering on what's needed
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work proactively
  • Ability to think innovatively and provide cohesive solutions between sales and operations teams
