This position will also involve mentoring team members, fostering stakeholder relations, and upholding compliance for excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all pre-assignment planning activities, ensuring accurate data entry and attention to detail.
- Establish and oversee required expatriation, extension, and repatriation activities for various international assignment types.
- Deliver assignment life cycle activities, providing specialist advice and guidance to Global Mobility Officers/Coordinators.
- Support the global mobility program effectiveness, maintaining strong working relationships with mobilizing employees, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
