Global Mobility Coordinator

About the Role
The Global Mobility Coordinator will support ASC's Global Mobility teams with respect to coordinating domestic mobilisations and global mobility administration activity. This role is accountable for effectively managing working relationships with mobilising employees, external service providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and positive mobilisation experience for ASC employees.
About the Person
- Significant administration or relocation services experience.
- High accuracy on data entry and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive with good organisational skills.
- Ability to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Domestic mobilisations within Australia (assignments and relocations).
- Extended business traveller tracking and travel coordination.
- Expense and invoice management.
- Provide support with coordinating on-assignment activities as required.
