Administrative Coordinator

We seek a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our client in the FMCG industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant personnel or department.
  • Facilitate meeting room bookings and organisation.
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them professionally.
  • Courier pickups and deliveries are to be monitored.
  • Customer orders over the phone are to be taken and invoices reconciled.
  • Support various departments administratively as required.
  • The sign-in process for all contractors and visitors is to be tracked.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in administration or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
