Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate on behalf of families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met;">
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes;">
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and strategies to improve services for families in crisis.">

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting vulnerable families and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
