About the Role:

">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-to-one support to families, helping them to access resources and services that can aid their recovery;">
- Advocate on behalf of families, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met;">
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes;">
- Contribute to the development of project plans and strategies to improve services for families in crisis.">
Requirements:
">We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting vulnerable families and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
