We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs and assessing the competencies of students and interns in crisis support. They will work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality training and assessments that meet industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver CSWT training programs for crisis support
- Conduct assessments of students and interns to evaluate their competencies
- Maintain Trainer Accreditation to meet contractual requirements
- Ensure professional knowledge and skills in crisis support policy and practice
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of training programs
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or Adult Education Degree
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or equivalent social/behavioural sciences
- Hold current CHCSS00113 - Crisis Support Skill Set
