Sales and Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at HOERBIGER Australia Pty Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at all times.
- Efficiently process customer enquiries and orders using SAP and other internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System within HOERBIGER, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with sales, service, and engineering personnel to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote and retain business, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage information flow and handle diverse customer requirements, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Keep customers informed of order status, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Schedule workshop and field service activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in SAP (or similar) ERP systems.
- Mechanical aptitude, with the ability to learn the fundamentals of product and service offerings.
- Ability to work effectively with other staff members to expedite enquiry and order processing.
- Good understanding of commercial trading processes and procedures.
