Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate events, including videoconferences and meetings.

  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including technological support, room bookings, catering, and facility cleaning.
  • Manage event suppliers, such as venues and technology providers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders for event delivery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination or management positions.
  • Proven track record of executing events and conferences.
  • Administrative experience in meetings, events, and conferences, including venue management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak to groups.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
Desirable Attributes
  • Qualifications in events management or related fields.
