Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee large-scale programs of works in the Brisbane region.

This role involves providing direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective resource coordination, scheduling, and site activities across multiple projects.

You will be responsible for upholding safety standards, monitoring project performance, and collaborating with project leads to develop and build high-performing teams.

  • A proven track record as a Superintendent/Construction Manager on long-term programs/projects delivering Civil and M&E scopes is essential.
  • Strong experience in managing contractor and workforce performance, ensuring compliance with high safety, quality, and environmental standards is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and coordinate multidisciplinary works across multiple sites or project stages is necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to assess issues on site and implement effective solutions, are crucial.
  • Able to provide constructability input throughout design development processes and tender development processes.
  • Adept at adopting and driving a culture of safety and excellence.
