**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Group Lead. This role will involve overseeing the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.


**Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive leadership culture and collaboration among team members.
  • Drive business growth through strategic market engagement and thought leadership.
  • Manage the forward pipeline for your group, prioritizing and pursuing high-value projects.
  • Inspire trust through exceptional communication and relationship-building with local stakeholders and clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering suitable to hold (or obtain) RPEQ status in Queensland.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing major transport infrastructure projects in a design capacity and meeting delivery requirements.
  • Knowledge of the market for consulting services in Queensland to support the positioning and winning of projects.
  • An effective leader with tenacity and drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong client focus and relationships, with business development experience and demonstrated commercial acumen.
