Job Title: Project Delivery Leader

 

The Program Manager is accountable for delivering successful technology upgrades and managing integrated system/software compatibility issues.

As a key member of our team, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Asset Renewal Technology Upgrade program using PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies.

Working closely with corporate business areas and product managers, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of technology upgrades and facilitating discussions regarding integrated system/software compatibility issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Asset Renewal Technology Upgrade program.
  • Manage and deliver all related program and project management activities and products.
  • Consult and negotiate with clients, senior management, suppliers, other public sector agencies, and stakeholders on service delivery standards.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of best practice initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the public sector and large complex government departments.
  • Proven track record of successful program and/or project delivery using PRINCE2 and traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams and vendors to deliver required outcomes within agreed timeframes and budget.
