Job Title

Marketing Manager

This role leads the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for a product portfolio. The successful candidate will formulate the direction, define success and monitor field execution.

The position is part of an ANZ-wide commercial team requiring excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders for sales and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales and market penetration by undertaking market and competitive analysis to ensure pricing strategies optimize revenue and market share.
  • Develop and execute the ANZ marketing plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Tactically execute the marketing plan.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and dental practitioners to meet set objectives.
  • Provide direct product support to the sales team.
  • Ensure sound knowledge levels within the organisation and the market regarding our products.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels, minimizing excess and obsolete stock in collaboration with the Operations team.
