Product Growth Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Product Growth Specialist to join our Cross-Functional Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building products that customers love.

About The Role
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase conversion rates and margin, particularly in international markets.
  • Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Design and deliver new product features using agile project methodologies.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organisation.
  • Measure and report on crucial product metrics.
  • Use data to better understand customer needs, optimise the product experience, and guide future product development.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including engineering, product design, data, and other product managers.
Requirements
  • A strong academic record.
  • Demonstrated interest in startups, business building or entrepreneurship.
  • Problem-solving skills with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Experience communicating with management and technical teams.
  • SQL experience is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of statistics to interpret A/B test results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly analytical and bias for action.
