Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team on an interim basis.

The successful candidate will have experience in human resources generalist and business partnering, as well as a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field. They will also have demonstrated expertise in managing employee relations matters and implementing change initiatives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing grievances, complaints, and employee relations matters sensitively and providing timely advice and support to leaders
  • Conducting thorough investigations into various matters
  • Staying up-to-date with legislative changes and ensuring compliance with Modern Awards through activities such as remuneration reviews
  • Providing coaching to managers to apply HR principles within their teams
  • Developing and delivering onboarding programs for new team members
  • Facilitating workshops and seminars for leaders and frontline team members on people-related topics
  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities
  • Driving strategic people initiatives across the employee lifecycle

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in human resources generalist and business partnering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
