Role Overview

This is a pivotal leadership position within our organization, overseeing the administration of vital operations. As an Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the Talent Acquisition team to source top professionals for a renowned health and wellbeing program.

The AIA Vitality initiative focuses on empowering individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices through science-backed approaches. This role involves collaborating with the AIA Vitality team as an Admin Team Leader based in Melbourne.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategize and oversee the team's delivery of tasks/activities to ensure 100% completion accurately, on time, and in line with service level agreements and operational rhythms.
  • Maintain processes documentation and regularly review them to maintain best practice standards.
  • Analyze current and new operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in compiling business cases and recommendations on process enhancement opportunities.
  • Cultivate and develop your team through effective coaching and supporting employee well-being initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all stakeholders and external clients.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an Administration Team Leader role, preferably within Insurance and/or Health, Science, or Corporate Wellness industries.
  • Strong leadership skills including coaching and people development.
  • Continuous Improvement accreditation highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of coaching concepts and methodology.
