Job Summary:
At a leading allied health care centre with state-of-the-art clinics, we seek an experienced Speech Pathology Team Lead to join our team. This role involves managing complex cases and supporting new graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads and allocate resources effectively.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving communication skills in adults and children with various conditions.
- Lead team meetings and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and report results to senior management.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Mid-Senior level experience in Speech Pathology Team Management.
Full-time employment type.
Public Health industry.
