Job Title: Integrated Supply Planner, ANZ

About the Role

Energizer Holdings is seeking an experienced Integrated Supply Planner to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to meet customer demands and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, category managers, and internal stakeholders to understand category plans and impact on customer demand.
  • Manage alignment and execution of customer replenishment for base demand and promotional activity to meet supply metrics.
  • Utilize and share data elements and insights to identify opportunities to improve customer-vendor supply chain efficiencies and drive cost improvements in the supply chain.
  • Lead and/or participate on assigned project teams to achieve common goals, such as customer POGs and events.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain, business, or operations management.
  • Proven experience in demand and supply planning in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Ability to travel between office and customer locations.
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required.
