As a key member of our Growth Tech Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing technologies, data integration, and solution architecture. We seek a strategic thinker who can design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive customer growth and engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Domain Direction: Set the overarching direction for our domain, ensuring alignment with our target architecture and defined transition states.
  • Ensure Alignment: Work with engineering leads, product owners, partners, and SaaS providers to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Document Design Patterns: Document reusable design patterns to maintain consistency across our platforms.
  • Meet Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that we meet our regulatory and security requirements while working with the architecture team.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with key partners to understand their architectural roadmap, integration patterns, and capability.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 4+ Years of Experience: Possess 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with knowledge and passion for working in the MarTech space.
  • MarTech Expertise: Have robust and demonstratable experience implementing a MarTech platform, with working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, Customer Engagement Platforms, and Content Management Systems.
  • Data Experience: Have deep technical experience working with data and data platforms, including Snowflake and DataBricks.
  • Technical Skills: Possess deep technical expertise in Software Engineering, with a good understanding of the overall technology landscape.

We Offer:

$150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and rewards.
