Our MarTech Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in enhancing our tech stack and driving business outcomes.

This strategic thinker will design and implement solutions that drive customer growth and engagement, working collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and set domain direction, ensuring alignment with our target architecture and transition states.
  • Maintain relevant documentation and work closely with engineering leads, product owners, partners, and SaaS providers to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Engage with key partners to understand their architectural roadmaps, integration patterns, and capabilities.
  • Document reusable design patterns and define non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team across the bank.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in MarTech and passion for working in this space.
  • Robust experience implementing a MarTech platform and working knowledge of platforms such as Customer Data Platforms (Tealium), Customer Engagement Platforms (MoEngage, Braze, etc.), and Content Management Systems (Strapi).
  • Deep technical experience working with data and data platforms (Snowflake, DataBricks) and ability to integrate MarTech systems.
  • Experience working as a trusted business advisor and technical guide.
  • Deep technical expertise in Software Engineering with a good understanding of the overall technology landscape.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ubank's Growth Tech Team as a MarTech Solution Architect. We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including hybrid working arrangements, collaborative culture, internal development opportunities, and other fantastic perks.
