  • Use strong business acumen to continuously improve profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
  • Real knack for leading, inspiring, and supporting the crew to be at their best every day.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and championing the customer experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in employee relations, including interpreting awards.
