Occupational Therapy Leadership Position

The role of Team Leader in the Occupational Therapy team is crucial for supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes in client care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality services
- Provide training, induction, and supervision as required
- Conduct quality assurance report reviews and provide feedback to improve performance
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop effective management plans and reports
As a Team Leader, you will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community settings, and/or office locations.

- 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)

- Ability to obtain National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
