Occupational Therapy Team Leader/Manager Role">

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and support to our occupational therapists.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Guidance: You will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide day-to-day clinical guidance and support.
  • Training and Supervision: You will deliver training and supervision as required to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: You will complete quality assurance report reviews and feedback to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
  • Support and Training: You will attend appointments with occupational therapists to provide support and training as needed.
  • Report Development: You will develop high-quality reports and management plans to support our clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in occupational therapy.
  • Experience: 3+ years experience as a practicing occupational therapist (preferred).
  • Registration: Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
  • A Vehicle and Driver's Licence: A vehicle and driver's licence.
  • National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance: National police clearance and NDIS worker screening clearance or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
