Job Title: Occupational Therapy Team Leader/Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team as a Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical guidance and support to a team of Occupational Therapists
- Deliver training and supervision as required
- Complete quality assurance report reviews and feedback
- Attend appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
- Develop high-quality clinical services and assessments

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- A vehicle and driver's licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role
