About Our Role

">

Seek motivated candidates for production-based opportunities within a market-leading food manufacturing environment.

Join our Devonport site, processing up to 28 tonnes per hour of fresh Tasmanian vegetables destined for the frozen vegetable market.

">

Work 8-hour shifts across a 7-day roster, prioritizing safety and quality within a state-of-the-art facility.

As a Production Operator, your duties will include:

">
  • ">
  • Inspecting incoming raw materials">
  • Safely operating fixed plant processing and high-speed packaging equipment">
  • Cleaning and sanitizing production lines">
  • Accurately completing daily shift logs and system entries">
  • Forklift operations (for those suitably licensed and experienced)">
  • Adhering to GMP and food safety practices">
  • Contributing to continual improvement processes">
  • Working within an active manufacturing environment">

Additional duties may include safely transporting finished goods between production areas and performing pre-start checks on forklift equipment.

About You

">

Possess a 100% commitment to workplace safety and ability to work varied 8-hour shifts across a 7-day roster.

">

Hold a current LF forklift license and demonstrate operating experience (mandatory for roles involving fork duties).

">

Exhibit excellent communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail, along with the ability to work within a team environment.

">

Willingness to undertake aptitude testing and pre-employment medical assessments.
