Production Operator Job

This role involves safe operations of fixed plant processing equipment and forklifts across a variety of 8 hour shifts over a 7 day roster.

Fully supplied and laundered uniform, boots & PPE provided, and the opportunity to work with a truly global business.

The successful applicant will be responsible for operating a variety of fixed plant process & packing equipment within a busy production environment, monitoring system processes and information, and adhering to GMP and food safety practices.

Key responsibilities include meeting production plans and targets, contributing to continual improvement processes in conjunction with peers, Team Leaders and Area Managers.

The ideal candidate will possess a 100% commitment to safety in the workplace, have the capacity to work across a variety of 8 hour shifts (day / afternoon / night) over a 7 day roster, and have a high standard of mechanical and problem solving aptitude.

Additionally, they must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures, possess a high level of both written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate experience within a manufacturing, process or mechanical related role.
