Overview

We are seeking a food and beverage professional with exceptional leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, outstanding service skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and coordinate the day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • To develop and motivate teams through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, showcasing a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Previous supervisor experience and relevant certifications (RSA) are highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible approach to adapting to changing circumstances, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of local marketing strategies in the restaurant industry would be highly valued.
  • Organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail are crucial.
