Job Description

Job Title: Hydrogeologist - Groundwater Investigations and Assessments

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrogeologist to join our team in conducting groundwater investigations and assessments on Flinders and King Islands. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of groundwater science and be able to provide authoritative advice and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigative work to examine the water balance, hydrogeology, extent, and quality of groundwater.
  • Provide authoritative advice and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local community members.
  • Travel to Bass Strait Islands as required.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to improving our scientific understanding of groundwater systems and their capacity to provide sustainable water supply for stock and domestic use on the Bass Strait Islands.
