Parts Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Consultant to join our team in Rockhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing, and delivery duties.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for a parts career in the truck retail industry, eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations, excellent communication and organisational skills, and manual licence and Forklift licence (desirable).

This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in chosen trade, provide exceptional customer service and selling parts to customers, and ensure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model, and variation of the vehicle they're requesting parts for.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Shadowing and assisting parts colleagues
  • Participating in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing, and delivery duties
  • Providing exceptional customer service and selling parts to customers
  • Developing skills and knowledge in chosen trade
  • Ensuring customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model, and variation of the vehicle they're requesting parts for
