Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Career Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and aspirations.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their strengths, develop tailored action plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to determine client readiness for employment and identify training or support needs
  • Develop and implement targeted action plans to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage accurate and compliant records in line with contractual and organisational requirements
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Availability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • High level of resilience and ability to adapt your approach to suit different situations
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of employment readiness and the steps required to achieve sustainable outcomes
