  • You will maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to contractual and organisational standards.
  • Ultimately, your goal is to meet or exceed performance targets related to placements, customer satisfaction, and business development, driving inclusive employment outcomes that make a meaningful impact in the community.
About the Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or target-driven environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong connections with employers and participants alike.
  • A deep understanding of employer needs and the local labour market, enabling you to identify optimal job opportunities for participants.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a dispersed team environment.
  • Experience working with people with intellectual disability or other support needs, which is highly regarded but not mandatory.
