Job Title:
Strategic HR Systems and Reporting Lead
This role is responsible for the strategy, optimisation, and continuous improvement of HR systems across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR systems and delivering accurate, timely reporting and dashboards across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead the strategy, optimisation, and integration of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, and more)
- Deliver high-quality reports and insights to inform workforce planning and decision-making
- Champion data governance, compliance, and system integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
You'll Bring:
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- High-level analytical ability with a knack for turning data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and privacy standards
