We are seeking a seasoned HR systems professional to lead the delivery and administration of our Human Resource Management (HRM) systems. As an experienced Power BI specialist, you will leverage your expertise to drive strategic activities relating to the maintenance, administration, improvement, and review of our HRM systems.

Key Objectives
  • Lead day-to-day and longer-term strategic activities to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness in all HR processes.
  • Develop and implement systems and workflow reviews for HR processes to enhance performance.
  • Deliver corporate reporting and analysis of all People, Culture, and Safety related data, including Workforce Profile, Position Management, and HR metrics as per agreed schedules.
  • Provide comprehensive HR system and analytics advice, reporting, and analysis to the Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will maintain and develop our Employee Self Service facility to optimize online access and functionality for employees, attend User Group meetings, and implement system updates in consultation with the provider.

We require:

  • Experience working within HR/People and Culture Systems.
  • Proven experience working with PowerBi & Aurion.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience.
  • Previous Local Government experience is desirable.
