Role Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement through integrated marketing campaigns. This role will also manage the innovation pipeline from a marketing standpoint, develop compelling brand and marketing assets, and ensure consistent brand expression across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building brand awareness and engagement through integrated marketing campaigns
  • Leading digital-first storytelling across social, paid, and owned channels
  • Driving influencer and social media strategy to build community and conversion
  • Developing brand and campaign assets, ensuring consistency across Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop, and more
  • Translating consumer insights into innovation opportunities and manage go-to-market execution
  • Tracking brand performance and ROI, managing budgets for maximum impact
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with 3+ years' experience in brand management within FMCG, pet nutrition, supplements, or lifestyle wellness sectors. Proven track record in digital-first brand building and integrated marketing campaigns is required.

Strong content and social media marketing skills to drive engagement and traffic are necessary. Familiarity with product innovation, development, and stage gate processes is also required.

Experience launching brands in new markets or categories is highly regarded. Solid understanding of performance marketing and ability to partner with digital teams and agencies across Meta, Google, and TikTok is necessary.

Skilled in creating high-converting content for digital commerce platforms (Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop) and confident in analysing consumer insights, tracking brand performance, and optimising campaigns is required.
