As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing consignment agreements and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and review consignment agreements for Australia and New Zealand, serving as the primary point of contact between sales teams and Legal departments.
  • Develop new consignment agreements for existing and new customers, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage contract storage in accordance with legal and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and data security.
  • Collaborate with regional consignment teams on the implementation of new technologies and field-based management tools to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in tender review meetings to provide input on consignment holdings and draft relevant documentation for tender submissions.
Additional Tasks
  • Facilitate customer review meetings with Legal and Compliance teams to align customer-specific consignment agreements with company-wide requirements.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of in-field audit findings and investigate discrepancies using 3PL ERP systems.
  • Oversee the removal of excess, short-dated, or expired inventory for return to 3PL warehouses.
  • Prepare monthly reports on metrics associated with consignment management processes, including completion rates and accuracy levels.
