Job Title

As a supply chain professional, you will play a vital role in guaranteeing that the right inventory is available precisely where and when it's needed. You will be the go-to person for our sales team, managing consignment and loan inventory, overseeing stock additions and transfers, handling stock discrepancies, and conducting essential optimization tasks and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage consignment stock in Australia and New Zealand by placing orders, minimizing excess inventory, and optimizing stock levels.
  • Handle expired items by conducting shelf-level analysis and organizing replacements.
  • Investigate consignment queries, track stock movement, and monitor order ETAs.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to support account conversions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance account optimization.
  • Streamline processes and tools to improve service levels, reduce response times, and control inventory.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in fields such as business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines.
  • Possess exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Be proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Have prior hands-on experience with an ERP system and familiarity with quality management systems.
  • Have a proven track record in alpha-numeric data processing, accounts reconciliation, record retention, and receipt management.
