Inventory Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Inventory Specialist.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals.
  • Maintaining instrument and implant sets to ensure loan kits are ready for use with proper functionality and cleanliness.
  • Liaising with couriers, placing urgent orders and following up on PODs for loan and consignment stock.
  • Resupplying and picking inventory for hospital consignment locations.
  • Sending stock to the sales team for their inventories.
  • Transacting accurately within the required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating procedures.
  • Fulfillment of Endotherapeutics online ecommerce orders including customer and database updates.
  • Systematic cycle count of stock at Head Office.
  • Receipt of stock at head office into systems and unpacking into appropriate bays.
  • Order, receipt and unpacking of office supplies including stationery and kitchen supplies.
