
Senior Portfolio Growth Manager

You will play a key role in driving retention growth across our product portfolio by proactively engaging on strategic renewals and discovering expansion, upsell, upgrade & cross-sell opportunities.
You will work closely with your account team to drive total book of business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales motions for our Cloud and Data Center platforms
- Manage renewals & expansions across a sizable product portfolio
- Partner with your account team on account planning and driving total book of business growth through whitespace analysis and install base research
- Increase customer awareness of our product portfolio to discover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Identify business process or policy issues and work in a team project setting towards a solution
- Maintain a deep understanding of product updates and new offerings and articulate those improvements to customers and partners
- Ability to co-sell and collaborate with partners across majority of opportunities
- Forecasting a pipeline for renewals, upsell and cloud migration opportunities
Requirements:
- Korean language fluency (business written and spoken)
- Multi-Tasking & Prioritization: adapt to rapidly changing events and balance complexity of scope of ownership, while accurately judging priorities and keeping track of details
- Strategic Sales Planning: create competitive and breakthrough sales strategies and plans, anticipating future consequences and trends accurately
- Relationship Management: cultivate business relationships, partnerships and alliances internally, externally and virtually
- Drive for Results: proven track record of driving improvements in retention business and discovering & qualifying sales opportunity, ideally with experience in owning cross-sell / upsell opportunities end-to-end
- Minimum Required Experience:
- 4+ years experience in account management, software renewals, customer success or other relevant business areas
