Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to execute customer-facing quality activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment to Global or Hub Quality & CI strategies.

  • Define and implement short, medium, and long-term strategic actions to improve quality in the entire value chain.
  • Manage global quality processes in respective areas of responsibility.
  • Drive quality-related certification activities, internal or external audits, and maintain quality management systems intact.
  • Establish process performance indicators and ensure effective internal controls.
About You
  • You hold an Engineering degree.
  • You have Lean 6Sigma, Green Belt or above (QLT.02.QCI).
  • You have experience with quality core tools, including 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, and PDCA.
