Academic Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Academic Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of new Business courses. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive curricula, preparing course accreditation documentation, and managing learning resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design courses aligned with our strategic objectives
  • Establish a collaborative culture among academic staff
  • Prepare course and professional body accreditation documentation
  • Manage learning resources and facilities to ensure effectiveness and currency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards
  • Engage with industry and professional bodies to maintain relevance of courses and pedagogy
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with academic and industry communities

Requirements:

  • PhD in a related discipline or field
  • Broad knowledge of Business disciplines and contemporary developments
  • Skills in teaching, learning, and assessment principles
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performance teams
  • Course development and accreditation experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards)
