Job Title: Customer Service Director

Our organization is looking for a Customer Service Director to lead the front desk and reservations team in delivering seamless operations and memorable guest experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring the hotel runs smoothly even in your absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the front office and reservations team
  • Promote exceptional customer service through a culture that values the needs of our guests
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and serve as Manager on Duty when required
  • Oversee rostering, staffing levels, and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless communication
  • Manage VIP and group bookings with precision and care
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency, and revenue
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably as a Duty Manager or above
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • High level of organizational and time-management skills
  • Hands-on experience with property management systems; Opera Cloud knowledge highly regarded
  • Confident multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Positive, outgoing personality with a proactive approach
