Job Title: Program Manager Therapy And Education Services
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the delivery of therapy and education services. With over 25 centres nationally, we have supported thousands of children and their families for more than 30 years.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the Therapy and Education teams.
- Conduct regular case consultations with the team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Engage in strategic partnership and sector meetings to develop collaborative service delivery models.
- Manage service operations within approved parameters and provide timely reports.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing multidisciplinary teams in similar environments.
- Excellent knowledge of child protection issues and sector trends in Queensland.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Eligibility for Working with Children Check or equivalent.
- CURRENT driver's licence.
- Licence to work in Australia (proof required).
