Key Role: Client Services Manager

About the Position:

We seek an experienced leader to oversee support services across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and regulations. This pivotal role involves driving continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery while working collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee support services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure accurate service agreements, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions to meet budget goals.
- Lead audits and continuous improvement to ensure services consistently meet regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and cohesive service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, or at least 3 years of experience in Disability Services.
- Knowledge of the disability sector, including funding and compliance.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
