Job Title: Senior Employment Services Lead

This is an opportunity to build an evidence-based service from the ground up, drive innovation and quality, and deliver lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.
- You will lead a team of employment consultants modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
- You will oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
In addition, you will build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
You will develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
You will monitor and report on outcomes, and use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
