Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our employment services team.

As an Inclusive Employment Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our employment services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, person-centred services that meet the needs of our participants.

Our ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification, such as a Certificate III or higher, and significant experience in employment services, including experience working with people living with mental health conditions.

They will also have strong local employer relationships and business development skills, as well as the ability to mentor and inspire a team of Employment Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our employment services, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, including experience working with people living with mental health conditions.
